ADW Johnson provided construction superintendency (AS4000 contract) for civil & built form works for the installation of 2 prefabricated modular classroom buildings, surrounding civil and infrastructure works. Overall built form works comprised 1 x 1 storey building and 1 x 2 storey building, made up of 26 modular pieces that were fabricated off site, each up to 15m long.
The project’s innovative modular construction approach saw the buildings prefabricated offsite at PreBuilt’s Victorian facility, while on-ground civil and foundation works were expertly delivered by Mat Brown Building — significantly reducing the onsite construction time and minimising disruption to the operating school.
PreBuilt’s focus on ethical, sustainable, and intelligent building practices has been key to the success of this project. Their advanced prefabrication methods not only reduce waste and environmental impact, but also deliver cost-effective, high-quality outcomes in a shorter timeframe.
ADW Johnson Pty Ltd is proud to be part of the project team led by Johnson Projects, acting as Contract Superintendent and seeing first-hand the benefits of smart, collaborative delivery.
