Weemala at the Lake
Weemala is a 525 lot subdivision that will be a focal point in the growing area around the north end of Lake Macquarie. Weemala at the Lake centres upon quality relaxed living and convenience. This development is pivotal to shaping the future of Boolaroo for many years to come.

Project Management
Our project managers have provided project management services including budget and timeframe monitoring, management of subconsultants, and navigation of authority approvals throughout the various stages of the Weemala at the Lake project.
Civil Engineering
The civil engineering design for the Weemala at the Lake subdivision involved the design of earthworks, stormwater drainage basins and infrastructure, retaining walls, roads, and various services including water and sewer. ADW Johnson also provided water cycle management plans for the management of stormwater quality and detention.
Structural Engineering
Structural engineering design and certification was carried out for retaining walls and underground stormwater pits within the Weemala development. The storwmater design for the Weemala development involved large concrete pipes and culverts with significant pit infrastructure required for our structural engineers to certify to ensure a quality product.
Superintendency & Contract Administration
ADW Johnson has had a comprehensive involvement in the construction phase of the Weemala at the Lake development through our role as a superintendent. In the management of the construction phase and contract, we have had to successfully navigate the program of the project under heavy rainfall conditions – a testament to the perseverance of our superintendents to deliver high quality projects even under adverse circumstances.
Surveying
The Weemala project has required titling advice, work as executed survey, detail survey, 88b instrument documents, deposited plans, and more from our qualified and experienced surveyors. Our surveyors have been involved in the project from inception through to construction phase verification and sign-off with authorities.
