Sophia Waters is a picturesque residential development set in the growing suburb of Chisholm between Raymond Terrace and Maitland. The development has extensive infrastructure contributions to the nearby neighbourhood including playing fields, road and intersection upgrades, and open space.

Due Diligence and Town Planning

As part of the project, our team initally assisted with the maserplanning and layout of the development. In particular, town planning advice was provided to ensure Development Applications were sequenced appropriately for the development to facilitate staging and cash flow management.

Surveying

The surveying team for Sophia Waters has been involved comprehensively with the provision of detail and contour surveys, titling and deposited plans, work as executed surveys and more.

Civil and Structural Engineering

Civil and structural engineering services have ensured that the Sophia Waters project delivers the high quality housing product with all associated infrastructure to support turnkey dwellings. Our design and documentation has covered the delivery of roads and intersections, water and sewer lead-in infrastructure, bulk earthworks, detailed lot benching and retaining, and stormwater drainage management including a regional basin upgrade.

Superintendency

Through the construction phase of the various stages, our superintendents have managed the relevant civil works packages and contracts from tender phase right through to practical completion and subdivision works certificate. This has allowed us to see the project through to construction and look back on the full timeline of the project.
