Our Involvement
ADW Johnson has provided a full service package for the Crangan Bay residential subdivision to assist Scape Properties in creating a high quality development. As well as managing and coordinating subconsultants on the project, we have also directly contributed to the project through the following avenues:
- Civil Engineering Design;
- Water and Sewer Design;
- Design of Wastewater Pump Stations (x2);
- Project Management from DA through to Subdivision Certificate;
- Surveying;
- Town Planning;
- Tendering and Contract Administration;
- Sales Documentation;
- TfNSW Intersection Design and Management.
