} ?>Nakuru Estate is a high quality greenfield residential subdivision located in the picturesque suburb of Silverdale in Wollondilly Shire. The development blends semi-rural dwellings with tranquil parklands and open space.
The ADWJ project management team has provided management of cost and scheduling of essential civil infrastructure associated with the Nakuru Estate. The development is multi-stage and has required careful management of approvals, budgets, and timeframes to ensure the smooth delivery of a high quality housing product for the client.
Civil infrastructure and services of the Nakuru development have been designed and documented with ease of construction, cost, and safety in mind. The ADWJ team provided civil design documentation for roads, stormwater, and earthworks for the development. In particular, three major bioretention and detention basins were designed for the safe and efficient management of stormwater quality and quantity from the estate.
Custom stormwater and retaining structures were designed and documented to facilitate the creation of level residential plots of land and the landscaped drainage corridors within the development. Site inspections and structural certification was also provided as part of our quality assurance procedures to maintain a high quality of work and a durable product.
As part of the various stages of the Nakuru Estate, ADW Johnson has managed and supervised the successful delivery of civil works packages for the client. The team has been deeply involved with the project even during the construction phase, ensuring that the development is constructed and delivered within the scope of works by the contractor.
