🎉 We would like to congratulate Woolworths Group for their recent approval of the Huntlee Village, a new supermarket development within the Huntlee Town Centre. 🏗️🏬
The project will establish a modern architecturally designed commercial development including a Woolworths supermarket, bottle shop, speciality retail and commercial tenancies in three separate buildings. Landscaping will be established throughout the site and the at-grade carpark will be accessed from Empire Street and the newly constructed Grocers Lane. 🌳🚗🛒
The development, with a CIV in excess of $58 million, is expected to generate over 530 positions of employment during construction and ongoing operation. 👷♂️👷♀️💼
