🍔 Exciting to see approval secured for a new Hungry Jack’s restaurant in the heart of Parramatta.
Located opposite Centenary Square, the development will revitalise a long-vacant premises and introduce a new hospitality offering to one of Sydney’s fastest-growing city centres.
The project delivers more than just a new restaurant. Through its 24-hour operation, it will support local employment opportunities, contribute to Parramatta’s growing night-time economy, and provide a convenient food and beverage destination for residents, workers and visitors alike 🌆
A key focus of the proposal was balancing contemporary activation with the heritage significance of the site. The design has been carefully considered to create a vibrant street presence while respecting and retaining important elements of the building’s architectural character 🏛️
