🏗️ A major milestone for Tenison Heights, Lochinvar! 🎉
It was great to see construction officially get underway at Tenison Heights, with the recent groundbreaking ceremony marking the beginning of an exciting new master planned community for Lochinvar.
ADW Johnson Pty Ltd has been proud to work alongside CPG Estates, providing a range of development services including Town Planning, Surveying, Civil Engineering, Project Management, and Sewer and Water Design and Strategy.
With a total investment value of $220 million, the project will deliver:
🏡 258 residential lots, with Clarendon Homes and Domaine Homes providing homes for more than 700 future residents
🌳 Extensive open space for the community, including two local parks
A network of walking and cycling pathways
🛣️ Supporting infrastructure including drainage works, external road upgrades and the delivery of a regional wastewater pump station that will ultimately support approximately 1,750 homes within the wider Lochinvar growth area.
🌿 Substantial regenerative works to enhance the riparian corridor, achieving positive ecological outcomes
We are excited to see the project progress to the next phase, with the civil and bulk earthworks now underway by Daracon Group.
