450 Lot Staged Residential Subdivision with Local Park and Stormwater Facilites

Since 2018, ADW Johnson has been assisting Allam Property Group remediate and redevelop the old African Lion Safari Park into a high quality, modern, residential development providing much needed housing to families in Western Sydney.

ADW Johnson has provided town planning, project management, civil engineering, structural engineering, surveying, and contract administration services for the project.

As part of our involvement in the project, ADW Johnson undertook a critical review of the master plan – in particular, the road and lot layout and proposed grading to ensure what was designed and approved could be implemented on the ground efficiently and effectively. As a result of this review, amendments to approved subdivisions have occurred, enabling the project in particular to achieve a cut/fill balance and cost savings for our client.

Planning

Preparation of a DA for Stage 9 and sales centre, and various Section 4.55 applications.

Engineering

Bulk earthworks design from Stages 3 through 9 with staged updates to ensure best utilisation of site material. Detailed engineering design of all civil works, including roads, retaining and benching, drainage, and stormwater facilities..

Surveying

All surveying associated with residential developments including, detail surveys, engineering survey, Linen Plan preparation, and work as executed surveys.

Superintendency

Construction Supervision of all stages of the development.

Project Management

Project Management of all aspects of the development from obtaining new consents through to obtaining Subdivision Certificates, liaison with authorities, civil contractors, construction supervisor and all other subconsultants.
