🚨 83 Lots Approved in Wadalba via Land and Environment Court 🏡
We’re pleased to share that ADWJ has secured approval for a subdivision of 83 lots, including 81 residential lots, in the Wadalba Urban Release Area. This outcome follows a successful appeal in the NSW Land and Environment Court, overturning a deemed refusal by Central Coast Council.
This marks just the second development application approved in the release area to date, with both approvals achieved through court proceedings. It reflects the ongoing complexity of delivering housing in this strategically important precinct, where ecological concerns and infrastructure constraints continue to present major hurdles.
Our team worked closely with Council staff to address key issues and find common ground. However, with some design matters unresolved, we progressed to a full hearing and ultimately achieved a positive outcome for our client.
