🚧 Advocating for Smarter Infrastructure Funding 🏘️

Our very own @Mark Kelly spoke yesterday at the UDIA NSW Hunter Property & Infrastructure Forum, sharing insights on the pressing need for infrastructure funding reform to unlock housing supply across the Hunter and beyond.

A key topic of discussion was the potential of “Works in Kind” agreements—highlighting how the recommendations from the recent UDIA NSW and Astrolabe Group report could have helped avoid delays in delivering key projects across the region.

It’s encouraging to see momentum building, with the @NSW Government releasing a Draft Housing and Productivity Contribution Scheme Works-in-Kind Guideline now open for public consultation.

🗣️ There’s now an opportunity to have your say on the proposed changes—check out the draft guideline via the NSW Planning Portal.

A big thank you to @UDIA NSW for leading this important discussion.
