🏆 Award Winning Project – Crangan Bay takes out UDIA NSW Award for Excellence! 🎉
ADW Johnson Pty Ltd, in partnership with Scape Properties, is incredibly proud to have been part of the team behind Crangan Bay, winner of the 2026 UDIA NSW Award for Excellence in the Residential Subdivision category.
This award recognises the vision, collaboration and commitment that has gone into delivering a truly unique waterfront community, one that goes beyond creating new homes and instead focuses on creating a place where people can connect, enjoy an active lifestyle and feel part of a community.
Located on the Central Coast overlooking the stunning waters of Lake Macquarie, Crangan Bay is a masterfully planned community delivering over 600 homes for families, supported by high-quality open spaces, recreational facilities, walking and cycling connections, and strong links to the surrounding natural environment. 🌿🏡
The judges praised the project’s impressive open spaces and connections through to the Lake, noting the dedication and collaboration required to create a remarkable subdivision and community.
ADW Johnson has proudly supported Crangan Bay from the early stages of the project, providing multidisciplinary services including civil engineering, surveying, town planning, project management and construction support to help bring this award-winning community to life.
