We’re proud to share an update on Watagan Park, a masterplanned community delivered by long-term client Johnson Property Group.
ADW Johnson Pty Ltd has been involved since 2014, supporting the ongoing development of this 356-hectare estate in Lake Macquarie, approved for more than 2,500 residential lots.
The latest update highlights progress on the 6.1-hectare sports precinct in the heart of the town centre. The precinct will provide valuable recreational facilities for the growing community, including sports fields, a multi-purpose community facility, skate park and dog exercise areas.
From concept and detailed design through to approvals and delivery, our team has contributed town planning, civil engineering, project management, urban design and surveying services to help bring this community infrastructure to life.
We’re proud to continue working alongside Johnson Property Group to support the growth of Watagan Park and the wider Cooranbong community.
