Successful S34 Conciliation for Aquamore Apartment Building!
ADW Johnson would like to extend a huge congratulations to Aquamore Finance for their successful Section 34 Conciliation Conference with Central Coast Council. Aquamore successfully modified an existing (Court approved) consent, to provide an additional penthouse level on the not yet constructed apartment building in Point Frederick. Following a deemed refusal appeal to the Land and Environment Court, Aquamore were able to negotiate some design concessions to ensure all parties walked away happy.
The approval now allows for the construction of an attractive seven-storey residential flat building comprising 20 units close to the Gosford waterfront. The project also retains and restores an item of local heritage known as ‘Corra Lynn’, an early Federation-era homestead.
