At ADW Johnson, we’re passionate about connecting with the next generation of engineers and industry professionals. Recently, we’ve had the privilege of engaging with talented students at key university events to promote our brand, internships, and graduate opportunities.
We kicked things off at the University of Newcastle Engineering and Built Environment Careers Expo, where we had the chance to interact with students from diverse engineering backgrounds. The event was a great success, with strong interest in our opportunities, especially from civil engineering and surveying students.
We also participated in the Sydney University Civil Engineering Society Industry Night, engaging with civil engineering students about their career aspirations and the unique culture we offer at ADW Johnson.
Recently, we were proud to sponsor and attend the Newcastle University Women in Engineering Cocktail Connections Evening, where we got to connect with female engineering students, share our insights, and discuss the diverse opportunities available at ADW Johnson. This event allowed us to network with talented individuals and hear firsthand about their career aspirations.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to continue building these invaluable connections with future engineers. Our ongoing commitment to supporting the next generation of talent means we’re already preparing for events like the Western Sydney Student Awards Ceremony, where we will continue our outreach to promising future engineers.
