Ivanhoe Estate Gets Fast-Tracked Approval
On Sunday night, the Ivanhoe Estate Redevelopment received Masterplan and Stage 1 Approvals from the NSW Minister for Planning and Public Spaces Rob Stokes. The completed project will provide 3,300 new homes, a primary school and town plaza, and infrastructure upgrades in Sydney's North West. The project will also provide 572 jobs and will inject $303 million into the State economy.
This project is one of the first to be fast-tracked through NSW's new Planning System Acceleration Program in repsonse to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
A huge congratulations to the NSW Land and Housing Commission on this State Significant Devlopment approval. ADW Johnson has worked hand-in-hand with the NSW LAHC from project inception in 2015, starting with due diligence and progressing through the Development Application stage and now into the detailed design for construction phase.
