Scott Robinson
Managing Director

Scott is the Managing Director of ADW Johnson, leading the new enterprise to higher standards and efficiencies whilst continually looking to grow the company further. He has over 30 years experience in the land development industry. His particular expertise lies in the management of major land development projects and in structuring large Community and Strata Title projects.

Scott is a former committee member of the Hunter chapter of the Urban Development Institute of Australia and a current committee member of the Property Council of Australia. He regularly represents the development industry in discussions with various Government instrumentalities on matters affecting the industry as a whole. Scott is also a Director of the Greater Building Society.

   

Peter Johnson
Director

Peter established his original consulting practice 1981. His ambition and foresight combined with determination and hard work were the basis for the success of Johnson Partners for 27 years and the merge with Asquith and DeWitt in 2008 to form the new ADW Johnson.

Peter is passionate about his work and encourages his staff to continually strive for excellence. The company’s success at the NSW Excellence in Surveying and Spatial Information Awards is testament to this passion.

Residential estate planning is a key area in which Peter has specialised for many years. His technique of providing a coordinated planning and engineering approach to his projects and clients ensures an integrated, efficient and innovative outcome.

   

Michael Nelmes
Director

Michael has over 20 years industry experience having been a senior member and director of Johnson Partners for many years. His core area of expertise is in the development of large residential subdivisions from the initial site capability assessment through to final delivery.

Michael continues to play an active role in the management of ADW Johnson, consistently striving for design and project excellence. His “hands on” professional approach to major projects continually adds value maximising efficiency and profitability.

Michael is currently a committee member of the Hunter chapter of the Urban Development Institute of Australia.
